This article develops a new framework of adaptive actuator failure compensation control for cooperative manipulator systems with parameter uncertainties in addition to actuator failures, and designs and analyzes effective actuator failure compensation schemes for such robotic systems. The new adaptive control design uses an integration of multiple individual failure compensators and direct adaptation to handle various types of uncertainties in such robotic systems. The design can also be used for concurrent actuator failure cases, to expand the capability of adaptive actuator failure compensation. With a complete proof and performance analysis, it is shown that the proposed control scheme guarantees the desired closed-loop stability and asymptotic output tracking, despite actuator failures whose patterns, time instants and values are all unknown. Simulation results of a benchmark cooperative manipulator system are presented to verify the desired control performance of the system with both typical constant and square-wave actuator failure signals.  相似文献

Durability and cost of Proton Exchange Membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs) are two major factors delaying their commercialization. Cost is associated with the price of the catalysts, while durability is associated with degradation and poisoning of the catalysts, primarily by CO. This motivated us to develop tungsten-carbide-oxide (WxCyOz) as a new non-carbon based catalyst support for Pt–Ru–based anode PEMFC catalyst. The aim was to improve performance and obtain higher CO tolerance compared to commercial catalysts. The performance of obtained PtRu/WxCyOz catalysts was investigated using cyclic voltammetry, linear scan voltammetry and rotating disk electrode voltammetry. Particular attention was given to the analysis of CO poisoning, to better understand how WxCyOz species can contribute to the CO tolerance of PtRu/WxCyOz. Improved oxidation of COads at low potentials (E < 0.5 V vs. RHE) was ascribed to OH provided by the oxide phase at the interfacial region between the support and the PtRu particles. On the other hand, at high potentials (E > 0.5 V vs. RHE) CO removal proceeds dominantly via OH provided from the oxidized metal sites. The obtained catalyst with the best performance (30% PtRu/WxCyOz) was tested as an anode catalyst in PEM fuel cell. When using synthetic reformate as a fuel in PEMFC, there is a significant power drop of 35.3 % for the commercial 30% PtRu/C catalyst, while for the PtRu/WxCyOz anode catalyst this drop is around 16 %.  相似文献

Toxicity caused by the accumulation of butanol in fermentation media is an important factor limiting the concentration of butanol. There is currently no systematic research in place investigating the butanol tolerance mechanism of bacteria such as Clostridium acetobutylicum, which adapts to butanol stress and regulates its growth and metabolism. Here, research results related to the butanol tolerance of C. acetobutylicum are reviewed to understand the molecular basis of changes in butanol-tolerant strains. Organic solvent-tolerant bacteria play an important role in the fields of biofuel production, enzyme preparation and bioremediation. An analysis of limitations of the application of organic solvent-tolerant bacteria has revealed that future research should focus on combining the microbial tolerance phenotype with specific utilization to achieve an optimal balance between organic solvent tolerance and production. This review serves as a reference for the improvement and engineering of strains that tolerate organic solvents. © 2019 Society of Chemical Industry  相似文献

在模糊信息系统中,通过有序加权平均(Ordered weighted averaging,OWA)算子计算对象相似度,可以建立λ截集的相容关系。当λ的值确定后,OWA算子中量词参数(α,β)的选取直接关系到不可区分关系的建立以及信息粒的粗细。因此合理选取参数(α,β)是值得进一步研究的问题。本文采用粗糙集三支决策理论,研究模糊信息系统 OWA算子参数选择的相关内容。基于参数的激进、中庸和消极语义,确定OWA算子(α,β)的3种常用取值;进而研究相似度、相容类、双向近似和三支区域在3种参数选择下的性质关系。最后利用实例验证分析了模糊量词参数语义解释的合理性。本文采用三支决策创新视角,得到模糊信息系统OWA算子的深入性质,为相关模糊量词参数提供语义解释与选择依据。  相似文献

Aim: Our investigation was aimed to investigate the potential suitability of meloxicam-loaded nanostructured lipid carriers (MLX-NLC) gel for topical application.

Main methods: MLX-NLC gel was prepared and in vivo skin penetration ability of the NLC gel was evaluated using confocal laser scanning microscopy. We studied the effect of MLX-NLC gel on the changes in lipid profile of skin to get an insight into its skin penetration enhancement mechanism. Acetic acid induced writhing test was performed to evaluate the analgesic effect. Drug concentration-time profile of MLX in rat plasma and skin after topical and oral treatment with MLX-NLC gel and oral MLX-solution, respectively, was observed. MLX-NLC gel was subjected to primary skin irritation test, sub-acute dermal toxicity study. Storage stability of MLX-NLC gel was also assessed for 90 days.

Key findings: NLC gel was effective in permeating Rhodamine 123 to deeper layers of rat skin. Changes in skin lipid prolife were observed in the rat skin on treatment with MLX-NLC gel and the results supported skin lipid extraction as a possible penetration enhancement mechanism. MLX-NLC gel demonstrated sustained pain inhibitory effect. Pharmacokinetics study established that topical application of MLX-NLC gel had the potential to avoid systemic uptake and hence the risk of systemic adverse effects. MLX-NLC gel demonstrated good skin tolerability and biosafety. Excellent physical stability of nanogel was observed at 4?±?2?°C.

Significance: The study revealed that NLC gel is a promising carrier system for the topical application of MLX without side effects.  相似文献

We report an in situ analysis of the microstructure of woven composites using carbon nanotube (CNT)-based conductive networks. Two types of specimens with stacking sequences of (0/90)s (on-axis) and (22/85/−85/−22) (off-axis) were manufactured using ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene fibers and a CNT-dispersed epoxy matrix via vacuum-assisted resin transfer molding. The changes in the electrical resistance of the woven composites in response to uniaxial loading corresponded to the changes in the gradient of the stress–strain curves, which is indicative of the initiation and accumulation of microscopic cracking and delamination. The electrical resistance of the woven composites increased due to both elongation and microscopic damage; interestingly, however, it decreased beyond a certain strain level. In situ X-ray computed tomography and biaxial loading tests reveal that this transition is due to yarn compaction and Poisson’s contraction, which are manifest in textile composites.  相似文献

以十二烷基磺酸钠胶束溶液为表面活性剂,将孪尾疏水单体N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺增溶其中,再以过硫酸钾为引发剂,与丙烯酰胺和丙烯酸钠通过胶束共聚法制备了疏水改性聚丙烯酰胺(HMPAM)。利用FTIR、1H NMR、TG、荧光光谱和流变测试等方法表征了HMPAM的结构,并研究了其水溶液的流变性能。表征结果显示,HMPAM中存在孪尾的乙基结构,热稳定性较好。实验结果表明,当HMPAM含量低于0.5 g/L时,其对溶液极性影响不大;当HMPAM含量高于0.5 g/L时,溶液极性降低。HMPAM溶液为非牛顿流体,随HMPAM含量的增大,聚合物的孪尾基团发生缔合作用的几率增大,溶液表观黏度增大。HMPAM具有较好的触变性和耐温性能。  相似文献
